Aperture Science is an underground complex. Not a building. The only building would be maybe a lobby, and an elevator. plus a parking lot and booth.

How? She didn't have a portal gun, or a spawner in her chamber, how would a portal malfunction, plus there's a hole in her roof in portal 2.

Did you know, that Pretty much all of Aperture Science is underground, It actually did come up from a chasm, just so you know. A big mistake i see people make in recreating aperture in other games, and makning outside maps, is that they put a complex building up there, aperture Science started low in the earth and went up, so that wouldn't be realistic. GLaDOS' chmaber is underground. There is a chasm in the ground, just its behind the player so you cant see it in portal 1. You can tell because, A. how would a GlaDOS malfunction open a Portal? Explosion, yes, portal, no. also in portal 2 you can see that the chasm is still there. so,. yeah, Aperture is underground, big chasm in the parking lot, fix your map now. Also, need a voice actor for anything msg me on steam.

When I saw this in Google i thought it was a GLaDOS control terminal, big and ominous like that. But now Ive read up on the mod, nice job! Also, you said you need a voice actress/actor. Do you imply that it needs to be a girl, or is a gut good too, hence the /actor part.
