This mod looks dead. I hop it isn't, cause it sounds like a nice idea, and the models are beautiful.
However, I am disheartened on seeing 0% complete, a TBA release date, and no web-site or downloads.

Tribunal's been out for ages. However, here's the first sign:

And the site's dead.
This is a sad thing: a mod that never got fully off the ground.
And I had high hopes when I found this page a few moments ago...
