FLAK JACKETS.Some of the enemies get armor in act 2 but why cant you? Maybe make them buy able from the weapon shop as a permanent health upgrade or even a temporary one. i.e we get a couple of extra bars that take longer than normal to go down but once they do you have to go and buy another one to represent the armor becoming to worn down to be of any use. Dont know how easy this would be to do im not a modder though...

Come on how come almost no mods in here have download links. Its just slack. This one, the marksman mod and probably a whole group of other mods are like this
