As soon as I load the mod my game's language changes to french

I have 8gb and 64 bit, yesterday I have reininstalled HOI and BICE and now it works

I have downloaded it, but game still keeps crashing

i think Iam, but maybe I should download it again

I have tried both, via normal HOI launcher and via BICE launcher both times i couldn't load my save games, i tried different savegames first my savegame from yesterday and one I have made today where it's still january 1936

Do you know why I can't load my savegames, every time I try my games crashes?
