Both upgrades were stronger before. They both gave ~+100% and were too strong because of that. So the main aim was to nerf upgrades and to have a standardization. Its not like specific units got stronger or something ;)

Yeah, the ai could also choose arnor if the ai also works for it, idk.
Slaves: thats not a bug, the slaves are half as fast as normal units but are faster if you summon the mordor banner. To send slaves into amill, you need to use their ability (and only ona bataillon for each mill because they will get permanently buffed)
The reinforcement is very strong so it doesnt last that long. Also it makes you decide between placing the banner more offensvie to get the summoned units to the enemy faster or place it more defensvie to secure the eco boost. Making them last longer would kinda contradict this decision makin

We Just released a new Version which is compatible with 4.6, so that you can Play both Misty Mountains and Harad ;)

The normal harad archers are available through Kazil, the hero you can recruit in the barracks. You cant recruit those, because you already have a huge amount of ranged units with harad (corsairs with firebombs, corsair archers, spearthrowers, khand mercenaries and mounted archers).
Besides that, we really like the help from the junlge spell so we wouldn't want to replace it.

Because Harad does not have ai yet, it is currently in development.
