It's a problem with the draw distance due to texture streaming. GTA SA is such an old game, that it cannot utilize VRAM properly to streaming textures, there's a mod for that, forgot what it's called, just google draw distance fix for GTA SA

cool concept. cyberpunks remind me very much of syndicate. such a classic game. anyway, i'm still waiting for this mod!
