so I have all required mods, installed UA soulstorm, but it is not letting me load UA Mod? does it require the patch or is the download just corrupted?

now I have downloaded it, it all works fine I see the upgrade in the research tree, however I still have not worked out how to summon the 2nd dreadnought? but my comp enemies happily rock around with two haha
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
