Anyway I just installed the mod and everything looks great but something is way off with my cross hair. When I walk forward I'm walking way to the right of the center of the screen and I can't seem to figure out why.

The only change I've made is I set my resolution to 1440 x 900 in the doom config and I'm also running no other mods.

I'v tried adjusting the depth of field settings to no effect.

Any suggestions? I'd love to use the mod.

Black Mesa is an amazingly well done and extremely professional recreation of half-life. I've been a half-life fan-boy since the beginning and I have to say when I heard about this I though there is no way it will be able to live up to my expectations. When it comes down to it though, it didn't live up my expectations, it ran right by them, shot them in the face, and kicked them off into a pool of toxic waste.

*others have complained about the jump controls, I like it, it wasn't hard it was challenging like games used to be, and that is was makes the original half-life and black mesa not only great FPS Games but also fantastic platformers.
The Voice acting, holy ****, the voice acting

My favorite parts of BM are the loving recreations of the silo monster and the giant flame thrower armed behemoth that is killing everything in sight. It was like a trip down memory lane in a friggin lamborghini.

People have also complained about the soldiers amazing accuracy, I don't have a problem with it. They're soldiers, they should be able to hit you when they shoot at you. Soldiers are supposed to be trained to do that, besides I always find it extremely annoying in games when the enemies who are supposed to be trained soldiers can't hit the broad side of a barn with a frigging rocket launcher.

There are a few things that I could complain about, I had a couple of crashes, and I never liked the part of the game where you get captured with no way to get out of it, but that would be ridiculous to complain about. All games crash sometimes and I just started the game back up to play for another 4 uninteruppted hours of Black Mesa Bliss, and my complaint with the capture scene would need to be taken up with valve. Not to mention that the game (to good to be called a mod) has just been released. Better than many games I recently bought.

cool if it's any help I'm running win 7 ultimate.64 bit on a desktop. I've been playing it on my laptop without choosing full screen. I'm also using the Desura version. More detail about it, is now that I can't see my mouse cursor I can't change the settings back to windowed. I tried to find a settings file but was unsuccessful.

I have to say I love the game, very nice level design and really fluid control. There is a great challenge and nice feel to the game as well.

The only other issues I could point out are the x-box controller doesn't seem to work. I've tried joy2key but the controls are very jumpy with it, and with a game that requires precision movement that just doesn't work.

I just got you're game rico, i'm excited about it, exept it is unplayable since I have no mouse cursor. I had one before I went to full screen, but I like playing in full screen so I chose that and hence I have no mouse cursor now.
