yes the files are there.

it was patched to 1.04 , after reading your post i've downloaded and installed the 1.09 patch, now when i try the desktop icon i receive this message "Conflict with Emulation Software detected."

actually still can't find out what's wrong, the desktop shortcut looks ok

also same here, it loads regular c&c3 , not the mod, i couldn't find anything helpful in the tech support FAQ
