You need to port forward ports 28000 - 28032 for multi-player.

This seems to be more of a windows problem then anything.

Did you install it correctly? No errors, nothing?

Dunno, bro I have a computer from 2007 with a HD 4600 series ATI. I tried a stress test with ZW by placing 25 Hyrule fields all on screen, got around 19-21 fps.
