how do i download you in-gameskin mod because i have downloaded the patch downloaded the mod why can't i get my guys to change color and whats with all those commands?????????????????????????

FOR GOODNESS SAKE I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND I STILL CAN'T CHANGE MY COLORS AND IT GAVE ME INSTEAD A BUNCH OF RANDOM COMMANDS WHAT THE HECK DO I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i added the plug in and all the commands are there but i can't change the skins what did i do wrong
