Sorry dude but LITERALLY THE WORST MOD IVE EVER PLAYED!!!
1.literally no healthpacks(like what the fuqq)
2.Cacodemons have abnormaly high health
3.Not enough secrets
4.Worst maps ever,"The Sewers"being the worst,i LITERALLY cant pass through a door which has an invisible wall,i had to noclip it,later on in the game i can jump over the big fence and kill all the enemies inside

You need to work this ALOT,and i can see that you are new to the modding scene,i suggest you ask someone to fix the door at the sewers level because you literally cant advance
