I have a question my laptop is way old. It runs on Windows Vista. Will this stop the game playing?

I have downloaded the game and I can't wait to play it but I am having trouble with the screens.
When I start the game all the menu screens are push over to the right of my screen and I can't get to the launch buttons.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
