That doesn't sound normal. Would you be able to provide a screenshot?

Thanks! I can do more videos of things more complex than swords if you guys would like.
Haha, I noticed that yesterday. We went from 120th to 1st in about 3 hours. :D
Also, AC/DC is absolutely brilliant. New modding music found!
Commander000 said to say something here to raise morale, so here I am...
Hey guys, this is my first post back.
I have been back in action for 3 days.
Basically, without going into the whole sob story and boring you, I had some really bad luck the last few months, suffered really badly from depression. Unfortunately when I'm stressed or upset, I tend to cut myself off from people, or anything I deem fun, until I've fixed what's stressing me. It's not a conscious thing, I just can't stop myself.
Anyway, I've managed to come out of it all relatively unscathed and incredibly fortunate. Things are looking better than ever now.
In the 3 days I've been back, I've:
Reviewed the state of the mod.
Edited orientations of some map icons, finishing map icons for the new map and implementing them
Made 8 new early game armours - 4 for Gondor and 4 miscellaneous.
Implemented the new sound effects I made for the mod. Nothing too fancy, just removed some immersion-breaking sounds.
Implemented new, way better quality sounds for orcs, uruk-hai, trolls and ents.
Implemented 8 new hairstyles.
Implemented some new face textures to give a refresher from Native
Fixed a couple bugs in my code
Finished the campaign map!!!1!1!1!!!11!!1one
Right now I'm working on a way to display labels on the campaign map, so that when you zoom out, names such as "Gondor", "Rohan", etc, appear on the map, but when you're zoomed in they don't. I've nailed the theory behind them, now I'm just creating the textures and coding them in. It might not be done today though - off out for a date in an hour!
Have a brilliant evening everyone!
Sorry guys, I just had my first couple weeks of my new job (doing 3D architectural visualisation :D)!
Thusly, I haven't had much time for modding. Today I sorted out all my papers and reorganised my computer though. Right now I'm working on the battle map model of the fortress of Durthang in Mordor.
No, nothing is wrong. It's just we've been applying to university this week so I've been busy writing all the necessary documentation. That's done now though, so it's back to normal this weekend!
Sorry buddy, I've had a ton of stuff going on this week so there's been nothing to update. Hopefully I ought to get some done today though.
Okay, I will do after my job interview tomorrow. (eek)
No, still going full speed ahead.
Spent the last couple of days studying for my final exam, and making the Argonaths! Previews of those later this week! For now I'm away until tomorrow afternoon, when Smeagol will finally be freeeee!
Then work can really fire back up.
Pleased to announce that we will soon have finished the map icons waaayyy ahead of schedule!
Let's hope the trend continues. :)
Almost. Next Monday is my final one. :)
Well no, I'm letting you guys know what is left to be done to give you some kind of scale. I'm not promising any kind of even wild dates because stuff can go horribly wrong.
BUT you can see that we're moving forward very rapidly and the end is in sight.
Left to be done:
1. Map icons (no idea how long this will take, depends how quick we get it done.) I am working with Jonasspil on the map icons though and we're whizzing through them.... I estimate 1-2 weeks if all goes smoothly. Probably less!
2. Campaign map terrain tweaks (will take about a week). This includes making ridges nicely on mountains, improving pathfinding, getting rid of odd glitches and such like.
3. Adding in all our new foliage, scene backgrounds (1 day)
4. Code in all our new scene props for our sceners to make 0.5's scenes with (2 days)
5. Code in all new map parties and enemies to fight. (1 day)
6. Code a bunch of quests in (1 week)
+- 1 week depending on how things go.
Possibly this will give you guys an idea on how far along we are and what's left to be done. If anybody thinks they can help, be it with UI or 3D modelling then please do let me know.
Also remember that I'm always open to inventive and awesome quest ideas from you guys - my imagination can only go so far. :)
Thanks!
-Jarvy
In the next version.
Ents and trolls are now fully operational in-game! Time for a huge map icon blitzkrieg over the next week.
Just bear with me. I'm going as fast as I can.
Going to be redoing Gondor's fiefdom troops gradually to add more detail and bring them up to standard.
Starting with Pelargir Marines, then Dol Amroth (Dol Amroth will have quite a few troops in its tree) :)
Due to quite a lot of demand I have changed the in-game font from Aniron to Constantia, to make it easier to read and also smaller, allowing for less glitches (e.g purple backgrounds)
Thanks very much!
There are no more versions yet, but we're working on a huge new version right now. If you watch the mod, the next version will be released on ModDB and downloadable in the downloads tab. :)
Well - I wouldn't get hugely excited. Sorry, but there is a LOT of work to do before we get to the elves. I'm hoping though that for Bannerlord there's a big influx of new modders to help out, so things might move along a lot faster!
I know, I was not offended. Just messing with you buddy.
And no, pretty much every other thing apart from Rammas Echor we're doing from the movies. Don't worry.
:D
Because then Mordor could never invade Minas Tirith. I do want them to be able to break through.
But the Rammas Echor will act as a big, proper, impassable wall with only 3 entrances. So it should make Pelennor more easy to defend. :)
But I love the Rammas Echor in the books!
And guess who's making the mod and therefore has the last say ;)
Just kidding. I do really want it in the game, though. But if you'd like, it's no trouble at all to make a tiny little submod to remove it. :)
Trying to figure out a good way to incorporate a functional Rammas Echor to the campaign map.
Okay, I'll work on that as soon as I can. :)
Sure can. One second!
And Shadowfax soon enough. Patience, my love. Patience.
