If you have an issue with textures becoming blurry or textures stop loading.
Open "/scripts/III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster.ini" and change the following:

FROM: MemoryAvailable = 30%
TO: MemoryAvailable = 768

I will be working on this Mod and the GTA III version again soon.
The New Vice City version will hopefully be more optimised and only require ModLoader to run correctly.
The GTA III version will undergo the same enhancements as the latest Vice City version, including XBOX Textures and some manual texture adjustments.

I'm working on this now for San Andreas and III.
Once I have a working version I'll make a proper mod page.

By different songs, do you mean wrong music on the wrong station?

Do you have 2DFX and SkyGfx mods too?

This issue is pretty random, I "thought" I fixed it with V2.
Download this Steve-m.com and modify the Streaming Memory to 128, that "should" fix it.

The orange blur effect is the Trails option in the game's graphics settings, you can turn on/off.
It's more of a PS2 graphics feature.

This mod is great, was it easy to modify the textures?

Reminds me of a time when i left C&C Red Alert running overnight and the whole map got covered in ore.

I can't do that, the only way to get it to work is using the mod loader.
The next version will be very easy to install.

These .txd files are compiled for the PC version.
I'm not very familiar with the mobile version but i might look into it.

You need to download a V1.0 gta-vc.exe
I can't provide one, but they're easy to find on google.

If you are using the Steam Version you will need to downgrade your gta-vc.exe to version 1.0, I can't provide you with one but you should be able to find one on google: Google.com

Then all you have to do is extract the .zip into the "modloader" directory.

IMG Tool or Spark IMG should do the trick.

I'm using AI Gigapixel for all of it, It does a really good job with flat textures (doors, walls, grass, etc). It's struggles with small text and foliage though.

Try installing Open Limit Adjuster.
