try messing with the Terran Home planet grav well to exist in the same space as the planet so that you can place a cap ship factory in the planet

The ship looks a bit too UNSC for my tastes, and it's to round for the square-like tauri designs and too blocky at parts, and to round at others for the octa-penta-hecta-gon style of the asuran ships

I think it looks a bit too much like the tec C-ship yard mixed with their military research center. try two thick parallel arms with small blocks pointing in and their ends separated at the other end by a thick control section, with a small block pointing arbitrary back and down from the center of the control cross section

to me, it looks like a cross between that light tec frig. with the curved thingies at the back, an asgard O'neill, a wonky bird, maybe make the fins more angular, rather than curved, and change the arrow-head bidge shape, then shorten it a bit, i think it'd look better that way

I honestly think that it looks a bit too rounded for an earth ship, too rounded for an asuran ship, too angular for a wraith ship, not enough aestheticism to be an asgard ship, not enough spires, circles, or ridges to be a replicator ship (i'd like to see them in the mod, there can be extreme malleability in their ship design, blocks can move around and that), and TOTALLY wrong for a Goa'uld ship (although it might be good for a Tolund ship, although they're way too insignificant in the grand scheme of the series to actually be included in a mod, you can only gesticulate what their ships are like from their building structure, clothes, and how they carry themselves)
I think it could use some refinement, sorry if I offended.

I've been thinking about proper designs for spaceships lately (for a short-longish sci-fi story that i've been wanting to write.) and here are my insights on this design for the Morpheus:

I like everything but the bridge, does it really need the huge box around it? and, come to think of it, (not criticism, but creative contribution) could you make a ship has a proper three-dimensional combat design (isn't this supposed to be one of Earth's most advanced ships, in design and tech?) that has the feel of Tau'ri-ships, yet doesn't totally scream "HERE ARE MY REACTORS!!! HERE'S MY BRIDGE!!!! HERE ARE MY MAIN POWER CONDUITS!!! HERE ARE MY VITAL SYSTEMS, IN THE HUGE BULGE IN THE BACK! FIRE AWAY!! PEW FREAKING PEW"

I know i'm stupid when it comes to modding, but is it possible to make, instead of a rail gun, which would totally be sent whirling if a round hit the side of the barrel(in reality) could you mabey make a missile launcher that has one silo on one side of a central computing area, attatched by a mettal rod-arm, one on the other, and launch 4 missiles at a time, dropping from one side, falling back in relation to the side it was launched from (that way you can make the missile appear without having to account for the platform's rotation), activate their propulsion system, and then all four hit one target, the total damage inflicted by all four equaling that of a regular TEC railgun blast

mabey it'll work or mabey i'm a nutjob, but i think it might be worth looking into, but, scince you're the one doing the work, it's entirely up to you.
