Why did you guys delete STALKER2UE from Moddb?

It's not us, but the administration Moddb. Removed due to: "As incredible as your project is as a technical achivement, unfortuntely we cannot host standalone remakes of games without the developers permission. Mods are no problem since you need to own the base game to run them.". We have clarified that they are wrong. We've been sitting here waiting for a response from them for several hours.

Would it be viable to upload the Build WITHOUT any SoC assets?
Could you guys make it so your build reads the original .db assets from a legal installation of SoC? Something akin to what Call Of Chernobyl did back in the day

In that case, the question is why S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly not deleted?)
We spread exactly the same way as our Anomaly comrades. It seems to us that the moderators simply misunderstood us. We have described the whole situation to them, we will wait for their response and will already be thinking about what we should do next.

I mean, Anomaly is a fan-made standalone mod
You guys had, quite literally, a playable build of SoC embedded with your project
I really wish there's a way for your project to be hosted in here without any legal issues
Best of luck to you and your team, thank you so much for everything you're doing.
You guys are the future of STALKER modding

Maybe asking members of the now defunct TeamEPIC permission for porting Call Of Chernobyl to UE5 could bypass this issue? Just wondering.
The logic behind the engine on CoC isn't that much different from Vanilla X-Ray's logic from what I saw but I'm not an expert on the matter
