GTAU Team should use interiours to put all maps together. Then you'll have to solve some problems with coords and radar, but markers movement going trought interiours is already used in original SA.
Since you can't expand boundaries it's the best solution.

LS smog doesn't fit in LC, and it's too sunny weather in Liberty. Cloudy in SA is like sunny in LC, so timecyc.dat needs some work.
