Ah sorry for the confusion. In that case Guoxue123.com
is actually a collection of Qing-era maps which includes sub-(China's) provincial divisions. The names are all in Chinese but the borders are easily distinguishable, and the first map contains an English legend. Hopefully you can find them helpful.

Though I would say most provinces deserve a partition into two or three states given their population and size, for example Yunnan province is actually larger than modern Germany.
