Hey sorry for the really really really late reply, Spyro 3 level problem is a thing I knew about from the beginning, mostly signposts and Bianca's talks seem to be the culprit.

Tools menu interaction hopefully will be fixed with a new version and you can actually posses Spyro again by finding him from Characters tab and pressing possess actor button

Yes and no. Currently we can make new maps, spawn enemies, gems but we can't save the progress on it so the moment you exit the level or close the game you lose all your progress.
