The developer has specifically stated that it works on 1.08. You can try to use it on 1.001, but there is no gaurantee that it will work

Another alternative is Parsec, which lets you play a whole bunch of local multiplayer games online

You need to copy the music files, navigate to your Undertale folder, paste them and replace the other files

New idea (For when you're done with the two other players if you do that). I could help rewrite dialogue. I'm already trying to do that with my data.win, but bulk editing in undertalemodtool is tedious

You don't need to do anything with the joystick code tho. I can even link the app I'm using. It's a Dualshock 4 - pc controller app. All you need to have in the way of controls is new character keybinds which you've already done with wasd for P2

But... Did you not do it already? To create a player two... Surely you could just modify a copy of that code? I could even possibly help with my (though limited) programming experience and my spriting

Well, I have an application that can map controller buttons to pc keys. From looking through the modified data.win, I know that you added new sprites for the toriel leading the human sequences. Perhaps you could add new spritesheets for two more humans and map them to other parts of the keyboard. Just a thought

Hey. So 1: Awesome job, this is actually amazing. 2. Shadows don't seem to work on P2, I went to sans' judgement and P2 wasn't all shadowy. Back to 1. Oh my soul this is probably the best thing I have seen in a while. I still can't imagine how you managed to pull it off. Well and truly, tres bien.
