Crash after clicking on "PLAY" (french logs sorry copy/paste) :

Which led to this other crash right after closing the program :

Tryed also after modifying some settings like graphics to very low, windowed mode and even 800x600.
I tryed to change the difficulty also, same problem.

OS : Windows 7 x64

I wish I could have a full stack trace to show, all I got is the NullReferenceException :/

Tryed launching the game directly without Desura, same problem.
Tryed launching Segatakai.exe in WindowsXP compatibility mode, same problem.

I think I've done all I could without any knowledge of the game internals.

As I can read, the program crashed when EULA would have showed, but I had no EULA to accept ever.
