You need to re-install Freelancer, FLMM and the mod.
Make sure you do so as Administrator if running Windows Vista or Win 7.

We have Star Trek, Star Wars, some ships from Starlancer I believe, the Battlestar Galactica and Cylon Basestar, and quite a few Vipers.
