Running into an error message whenever I try to setup Tzar: Burden of the Crown. The message says: Error Saving configuration file: TZAR.INI. I have read a prior comment saying if the DIRECTV...system is below -1 then I will have an issue, mine is currently at 0 but yet I can't get the game to run or even play on my Windows 8 labtop.
