No but they are in the files. You can give yourself the golden company units with the save editor. They look pretty cool.

You need to own casterly rock. There will be a dude there. Other castles with special troops are the Dreadfort, Winterfell, (I think white harbor), Dragonstone and probably some more I'm not quite sure.
