Redownloaded and reinstalled, no difference

In the command research panel for factions there is only evangelists and perfectionist, no neutral factions Icon.

I play vs the comp, does there have to be three players, myself, comp and a neutral faction to play?

Love this mod, but where the heck is the Neutral advancement Icon?

Cant use the perfectionist without it.

Multiple star systems have no planets except home world..
