Just a little feedback for now: Orcs have a hidden 200% increase to party movement penalty - because 3 orcs are meant to be balanced for 1 troop.

I understand why the mod makes orcs weak. However, this leads to a problem with Warband mechanics: a party that large has zero chance of catching anything it could possibly hope to kill. It is also unable to successfully flee from virtually any foe that can easily crush it.

I would suggest having orc infantry and archer troops also give a party bonus to path-finding. I don't think this would be balance breaking so long as it merely offsets the 1/3 strength penalty of troops. Of note too, in the lore Aragorn praises the speed and endurance of orcs, and Gimli holds their persistence in high regard seen by how he asks "Surely /even/ Orcs must pause?"

"But [the Orcs] go with a great speed for all that," said Aragorn, "and they do not tire." [...] "Surely even Orcs must pause on the march?" said Gimli. "Seldom will Orcs journey in the open under the sun, yet these have done so," said Legolas. "Certainly they will not rest by night."
