M&B/Modules? or M&B/Modules/TLD? cuz ive tried extracting to both and nothing happens still says 3.22

Like y try to go extract it on steam-steamapps-mount and blade-Modules-TLD but nothing happens

I cant seem to instal it can someone please tell where exactly to install this and the speed and stability please im kinda noob for this stuff xD
