This mod is amazing for being a first release. The focus seems to be more on the atmospheric side so far and while the more over the top features aren't going to be included we've been told that many of the features of BD will be added. Keep in mind BD64 is version 1c and BD is on version 20b. I understand that features that fit either mod will be brought over. I played through this with a friend and it is a lot of fun. Excited for more. Keep in mind that since the monster sprites for doom 64 are different from vanilla doom the death animations need to be remade. There isn't a whole lot that can just be ported over from BD. For the amount of time spent it is apparent that Sgt Mark IV is getting this doom modding thing down.

Amazing engine for Quake 2 with amazing current graphics techniques and options as well as legacy support through a compatibility mode. I've found that most mods work well with this engine.

Excellent compilation with a classic/vanilla feel. Looks amazing!
