Ran into an annoying glitch or something, i can no longer get Arthur to offer me a Bounty Mission which in turn means i cant complete carnival of death. I told him i wasn't interested at one point because i wasn't but now it seems to have soft locked me out of those missions and who knows what else. Ive gone to the Peir and all that.

I wanted to give myself Protean but it didn't work, i can give myself other disciplines by using the v stats buy or sell but for some reason i cant get protean. Is their a reason for this??

But you can tho interestingly enough you see you start it and a start menu will come up interestingly enough. Then go to date files then you can activate mods there iv downlaod every single mod ever this way. Iv download dust. obscure pandemic mod and hundreds of weapons mods but you sent a video so thank you.

So yea what great ******* mod why oh why the **** do i need mod manger?? I cant do it every time i do what you told me i get a oh so wonderful mod manger has stoped working. Great wonderful why not add a way to do it manually? Thats how iv download all of my 500+ mods?? SO yea really really ****** off cause this looks amazing and i would really like to play it but well yea like why??
