The graphics are extremely good. The delay in applying medkits and bandages make firefights very exciting. New weapons are great if only a bit unbalanced. Sleep locations are nice but somewhat arbitrary. (Some beds are sleep-able and some aren't) I encountered only 1 bug through the whole game that made a bed disappear but I was still able to sleep on it. Overall a very well done mod and it makes the game better in every way without straying too far from vanilla.
