This mod is so Silent Hillish that i completely forgot that i was not playing official SH title but a fan made content instead.
What i loved the most is the tension, the uneasy feeling of being lost and alone in "otherworld" same as in the foggy streets of Silent Hill. There are no cheap horror elements like in many modern "horror" games that are nothing more but jump scare fests, no, this game does not resolve to that, it does not need that to make you feel edgy and afraid, the game atmosphere and sounds alone will see to all of your horror needs. However, the lack of "Notes" was kinda painful at the beginning but i soon resolved to good old pen and paper so, its really not a big deal.
Recommended for all Silent Hill fans out there, and everyone who appreciates good horror.
