If in GZDoom options, I choose Software Rendering. I manage to see the models fine, but only for 1 second before being ejected to the windows desktop. I can't see any error messages.
The fact that it doesn't look good with Hardware Rendering makes me suspect that it may have to do with my AMD graphics card being incompatible in the current version of this mod.

No case, it doesn't work for me. Use in freshly unzipped and unmodified GZDoom 4.8.2. But all models are only 2 voxels wide. They are like stationary cardboard signs. Some of the items rotate constantly, but they are almost flat as well.

Too bad, there would be but one solution to the absence of texture filters in that version of the game.
