it's uterly broken trash atm.
you will sit at perma 50% and there is no way around it. dont even waste your 5 year of income on "Cover Up" wont help.
events that reduce are like 1 it reduce it by 1-3 which will be back to 50% in about 2-3 days. yea,i'm butthurt over it.
and 50% is just minmum that you will sit on so HF with **** storm that will be common sight at later dates.
also,unjustified penalties,just why ? if 50% is minimum why should it give penalties ??? that make no sense.

also,funny how my childe get a second lover (i'm the first one) and it was 14 year old mortal child,you just may wanna fix this.
