Hello. Does this mod work on the pirated version of the game?

I did it as in the instructions .. The only thing I can’t download Dagovax Mod Patches - Ring RR

The game starts but not the lord of the rings but the usual one. As if the game does not see the mod. Although there is a check mark in the launcher ..
What can be done to make the mod work?
