could you please tell me how to download this mod ive been trying to put files and everything or send me screenshots of how it should look in the sourcemods folder

can anyone tell me the exact layout for this mod like does sdk folder in the sourcemod into it do i need to put the other citizen fix and just the citizen or is there a different layout

after i get sdk 2013 do i place citizen 1.1 and the 2010 patch into the sdk source mod folder?
