I've waited 10ish ingame days the Patrol Squad at the mojave outpost respawn and so did some NCR mp at forlorn hope but Viper Squad is still absent

Yes my bad i didnt made a mistake but does viper squad ever reinforce and if so how long will it take?

Will v3 come out soon because in the channel logs it says 3.1 is just an update?
