This doesn't appear to work. Although I did copy the cnc folder and renamed it cameo since I wanted to be able to play both mods. Is there anyway to include support for that?

Are there any resources to learn how to mod this game? I have my own ideas of how things should be balanced that I'd like to give a try. That said I'd like to help out on your mod since building a modding community around this game would both pro-long it's longevity and boost it's presence.

That sounds like a good fit for Ultimate Antics. It doesn't sound like a good fit outside of non-serious mods. Consolidating mods is generally bad for a modding community as a whole. It really is best to make as many options as possible since that's how you attract people; more modding presence the better a game looks to potential future players.
