If anyone is having cpu-based lag spikes from this mod, try turning off "Threaded Optimization" for the Anomaly exe in Nvidia Control Panel.

Zombies with this mod don't animate when they shoot. The gun stays pointed down like they are walking even when firing. One of the duty skins shaders are all messed up and he has a white sheen like plastic wrap is all over him.
