The intro cutscene with the metrocop and the pigeon seems to be playing too fast, is there any way to fix that?

I would like to play, but i haven't weapon sounds and animations.
2 Kee715: you have to go into the multiplayer tab of options, click advanced, and switch to Old Style menus

How did you get it work anyway?

There's no shoot sound, weapon animations, and knife. What's the problem?
