installing through Desura, wont do anything if i click the link to downlaod the stand alone setup exe

wont start up for me, gives an error. "Could not find the main class: com.fascimania.kilgazar.game.Game. Program will exit"

could anyone send me a msg how to activate it after ive baught it, or how to bring up the eula again? only found out after i went past it that thats where the info i needed was >.>
