I can try. First, create a new install of BFME. Then patch to 1.02 - NOT the latest patch. You can find 1.02 here:

After that, follow the author's instructions.
If you are on windows 10 and the game gives you an access exception error, then:
navigate to c -> users -> <your name> -> AppData -> Roaming -> My Battle for Middle Earth Files
Create a new text document, then open it up in notepad
Paste the next block of text into the document, then save it as "options.ini"
