I don't know, I have not been able to add more bots myself. The Console says that there are to many bots.

This gamemode is pretty old, but as far that i know of there is no easy script to make it easy to setup a game.

I hope i can make this evolve somehow, better models, more game modes... etc... but as for now, it will just be regular CS:Source with homicidal bots that look like bank robbers

Half-life: Black Mesa seems like crap to me, though i don't think they have done anything yet ;P

As i understand it they already have made a lot of progress.
They have more than 3 members (check their forum if you don't belive me)

The story feels like fallout, but like 100 years later (fallout2 + 100years :p)
