Can you private message your discord handle?

Hey mate, sure I have over 100 videos, some from 2002 that I don’t think are widely available outside of me me posting some of them to YouTube a few years back. Hmm and I might have high res preview scans and maybe even some old screenshots too. Be happy to share, are you on discord? If you are feel free to shoot me your details in a private message and we can chat there. I would also just be happy to discuss this! It’s an exciting topic for me personally.

I have been following these articles/updates for the past few years and I am very impressed that you have uncovered so much and stuck with this endeavour.

Back in 2004-2005 I remember digging through the game files and all the old media while trying to get my hands on as much content from pre-release versions of Far Cry as I could.

The Ubisoft FTP going dark for Far Cry would not have helped this either, I seem to remember there was a lot of unique media on there as well. This is in addition to a lot of the older sites and videos going offline in this YouTube and Dropbox age.

I understand game development in relation to released titles is a business for the most part but articles like this and the interest expressed in them really suggests that there is a market out there for special releases of much older games containing old builds, assets, epks, articles, media and documentation etc.

Perhaps something akin to a criterion like release on steroids. And for older games such as Far Cry the argument could even be made for a Source Code release along with this.

Anyway well done on compiling all of this previously unreleased media your efforts are greatly appreciated.
