anybody help me ..... why when i am playing against computer ( multiplayers ) when the computer became the united arab (the strong one) it don't move or sometimes it collect money only , this sometimes happens in china artillery too . why the computer decide to collect mone or stop moving

REALLY I GOT A BIG PROBLEM WHEN I PLAY AGAINST COMPUTER … SOME OF THE ARMYS DONT MOVE OR ATTACK & JUST COLLECTING MONEY (united Arab , CHINA ARTILIRY ) . HELP PLSS
