Its possible in the future but we are focusing on an atmospheric SP experience more than online right now. Think of games like Condemned and Bioshock as prime inspirations.
Though some hardcore Romero fans may disagree with this decision, we're going to have both running and slow zombies in the mod. With the faster ones being more ravenous and scary (ala 28 days later) in comparison to the slow ones which will be almost depressing looking figures, with messed up appearences (ala the george romero style). I hope everyone can appreciate this decision as i think it will make the game both more challenging and easier to develop.
The HUD etc will be removed before the mod is playable. -__-
This mod is in the process of being revived as part of a Media Studies college project so you will likely see some decent updates soon.
A pretty pointless teaser to say the least. Starts off really cool but when it gets near the end and you see zero game content and just a load of half life 2 symbols u feel really let down.
Looking forward to the game though but im looking forward even more to see how this competes with left 4 dead
i agree with zirty tbh .. UE3 is UE2 tarted up. CryEngine2 will blow the **** out of everything we'v seen before.

Great thankyou. We have 1 zombie model done but still needs skinning. I will add a picture within the next week or so as well as first screens of farmhouse map.

Glad u like it cos thats not even the finished version/render. Phaeton's working on a setpiece to show off that baby and theres gonna be quite a bit to show off in the coming weeks including my map, the farmhouse. ;)

We have only recently recruited a character modeler but hopefully we will see some work from him soon. Stay tuned and get ur butts on the forums! We'r always discussing new ideas and showing stuff off on there before here.

Got a big news release coming up this week people (hopefully). If all goes smoothly and to plan, by the end of the week or into the weekend, we'l be showing off the first 2 maps, atleast 4 finished model renders complete with skin as well as the introduction of several new members.
Ok i know i promised a decent media update and stuff for this weekend but my hammer decided it hated me and when i loaded the farmhouse map up after a break it had apparently run out of memory when loading solids .. Seems i'd used too many brushes. But its no big deal thanks to plenty of backups. The modeling department is going well, will just be a little longer until we have map screens to show.
