ill try redownloading, i might have deleted somthing i wasnt supposed to.

Also one thing, When i try and load it up using the shortcut like you say, It loads Regular FoC, am i doing something wrong? i followed the intructions.

Its a .Rar :(, i dont want to have to get winrar to open the file to simply install and play, could you pls make it a .exe or somthing like that? pls
