I'm having an issue at the Maosoleum. When I've opened the large door on the grave, I cannot swing open the small trap door.

I'm having a problem in the beginning where I can't combine the hammer and chipper. This makes me unable to open the hole to go through the tunnel in the monastery. I have version 1.2
