I really like the idea of PDA being unusable halfway through the Emission. Imagine you have not memorized the location of a shelter and your PDA already doesn't work. That's a despair... and a fair challenge.

According to Project Brazil wiki, the DETH 981 originated from Vault 5 whom residents were forced to listen to Punk Rock without end. As a way to justify its presence in the lore, the simple go-for excuse was that Punk Rock was banned in Pre-War America.

I don't if this has been answered before but in case you people intalled the Mod on AWP and haven't got a grasp on cheat command lines, the command for vehicle creator weapon is different, much like any other cheat that was also in Vanilla. Simply replace "grantitem class" with "iwant" and type the rest without apostrophes.
