Download & install EFLC 1.1.2.0 then download vice city 2 demo : Moddb.com, unzip/rar place the content in EFLC folder, after download the patch : Moddb.com. unzip/rar and put the content again in EFLC replacing some files.

A 2 Currently the team work to optimize the game and fix some glitches.
A 3 No plan for adding planes or parachutes.
A 4 It was planned for first project of remaking vice city 2, i think there will be some new interiors.
